Welcome to a different kind of campsite. A campsite on a fruit farm.
To one side are the orchards of apples and plums, and to the other the strawberries and raspberries, and then close by, are the juice making operations.
While here, you can enjoy some of these fruits from our farm shop, and see how the fruit grow, just a few steps from your pitch.
One of our barns is a large campers area and communal space, where you can sit, read, chat, cook and eat, as well as check out what you need to via the WiFi.
The campsite itself is nicely landscaped, and the facilities are always kept clean and fresh.
We have a great concern for the environment, and provide recycling facilities for all your materials, and the hot water for showers etc. comes mostly from our solar panels, and the daytime electricity from solar PV.
Our site and farm (plus our products) have won awards from Bord Failte, Bord Bia, McKenna’s Guide, Irish Food Writers Guild, Great Taste Awards, Good Food Ireland and Eurotoques in the past decade, so you will be in for something special.
Pricing system: No unit charges. No extra charges. €9.00 per adult and €6.00 per child per night. €2.50 for electricity.

Relaxing family break – spent 4 nights camping, pitches well spaced out could pick our spot ourselves. Staff very friendly on arrival and showed us around the site. enjoyed our free bottle of Apple juice.. Free hot showers were lovely , toilet spotless . very relaxing site . our daughter really enjoyed the pool table and air hockey and hanging around the pay area. roll on next year so we can visit again Date of stay: August 2021

Brilliant – We just did 5 nights at Apple Farm. Absolutely outstanding spot. Everything about this place was perfect for us. Its small and very well kept. Facilities are immaculate and just what you need. Its right in the middle of amazing orchards, from which they produce apple juice, cider, cherries, strawberries and much more all of which you can purchase on the site shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There are donkeys on site which the kids loved visiting and feeding everyday. Small playground and a tennis court available. 5 minute drive to Cahir which has an Aldi and Super Valu as well as a great little Italian restaurant that does take away. From Cahir you can visit Swiss Cottage while taking in a stunning walk along the river Suir. We had a picnic on the banks one day. From the campsite a visit to St Patricks well is worth the trip for a very cold dip in a natural spring and a great spot for a picnic. Thanks to Con and all the crew at Apple Farm for a wonderful stay and we will be back. Date of stay: July 2021
Located on the main Limerick/Waterford road (N24), between Cahir (6km) and Clonmel (9km). From M8 Dublin/Cork Motorway take exit 10 and proceed towards Clonmel.
