Amazing family friendly spotThis was my first visit to Top of the Rock and I will definitely be back. I camped with my husband and two children (aged 5 and 7). The campsite is small which makes it very safe for the children and we could relax and let them play without wondering where they were. The communal area makes for such a lovely vibe where everyone gathers in the evening to toast marshmallows over the communal fire. The kids loved seeing all the animals and the owners give them the opportunity to feed them twice a day. The kitchen has everything that you need for camping so I never needed to unpack my camping stove or cooking equipment. The fresh scones in the morning are delicious. It was a really lovely, chilled weekend away and I can’t wait to go back.
