• Phenomenal break: peaceful, fun, and so comfortable!
  We had the most wonderful stay in the Hen Harrier cabin at the Getaway last weekend. A proper breath of fresh air, totally relaxing, wonderful location and gorgeous views. The wood-fired hot tub was brilliant and the peace was perfect. We can’t wait to go back again soon and get a massage treatment too! It was a really exceptional break! Hillary was a great host and her two lovely goats are so cute! May 2026 – Couple

  Fantastic site, great vibe and escapism. Yeah about it turn it down a bit the radio turn it down a bit the radio these roads are all alright aren’t there apart from the Go? It’s quiteWe visited in our campervan with our dog. Such a well kept site and so much effort put into it. Loved ‘The Nook’ , the quirky indoor campers kitchen with info/ walks on local area, books and games and a great sitting area, definitely the best we’ve seen on our trip round Ireland. Shower room was great and had a lovely hot shower We did the walk from the site up the mountain which took us around 3hrs, great walk. We took a taxi into Dunvargen in the evening with our dog and there are a few dog friendly bars and restaurants, but would advise to book in advance on a Saturday night if you want food . Hiliary the owner is lovely and great communication from her. We would definitely recommend you coming to this site.nice going through the little towns if you’re fed up a windy roads you’re the one doing the driving. April 2026 – Couple
