- Dundonald campsite – Lovely tidy, clean and very friendly campsite, highly recommended. Warden was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there in the motorhome in April 2024, local amenities very close and only a 4min walk to catch a regular bus service to Belfast city centre. Stayed April 2024
- Great campsite for easy access to Belfast City – great public transport Great campsite, brilliant base for touring Belfast City. No 4 bus stop nearby and regular bus service into and from Belfast City Centre. The campsite is small. The toilet / shower facilities are mixed (male / female) and were busy at times. The washing up area was good with 2 sinks. There is also a laundry facility. Family friendly- lots of children and also dog friendly. Very secure gated entrance. All in all, a great find. Stayed August 2023
- Lots to do close by – Stayed for a night in our motorhome, during our tour of the causeway, after spending the day in Belfast. We?re a family if 4 with a dog. Good pitches and facilities. Showers were clean. Location is great. Ice skating, bowling, climbing all in the same centre within walking distance. Lots of places to eat and buy supplies very close too. Highly recommend. Stayed August 2023
From Belfast follow directions for City Airport. At City Airport follow outer ring towards Newtownards/Dundonald to Ulster Hospital. At Ulster Hospital go right, past McDonalds onto East Link Road. Pass through 1st set of traffic lights. At 2nd set of lights go right - enter Dundonald Ice Bowl on left.
