  • I left Hungry Hill Campsite this morning after a three night stay in my campervan. What a lovely place it is. The whole site is immaculate and the facilities are fantastic, its such great value for money. Whilst I was in my camper, I was part of a walking group who stayed in the lodge, every single one of them was singing the praises of the lodge too. It was perfectly placed to visit the Beara and like us, hike the Beara Way. We were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The hot showers were very nice after a long day in the hills. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks guys. May 2026

  • Staying in a campervan, facilities are perfect, clean, hot water and the site is well planned and laid out very well. It has grass pitches along with hard standing. We will definitely be back. June 2026 – Couple

  • Lovely surroundings, great facilities toilets were spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will be back again loved my stay there. There is a bus that goes from Cork and stops right outside the campsite and goes into castle town bere so it?s very handy if you want to visit there for a few hours. April 2026
