- Great site close to village – We stayed here during the end of Aug 2021 in our motorhome. The site is very clean and provides everything you need. A very well equipped campers kitchen, hot showers, waste water area, chemical waste (toilet waste) area, electric and water points beside the pitch. Very quiet at night. Close to Cong Village and Ashford Castle Estate. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We will be back if we are ever in Cong again.Date of stay: August 2021
4 families camping and glamping – Fantastic site in a fabulous area of the country.
The campsite grounds are excellent. there is playground, area to kick ball, games room, TV room, a well equipped campers kitchen, clean toilets and hot showers. Good space between tents. Ideally located within walking distance from cong village. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this site for families and will most likely return.Date of stay: August 2021
From Galway (south): Turn left in Cross, pass Fahy Car Sales on right & watch out for signs for Camping Park to left at start of high wall. From Ballinrobe (north): Left at Ashford Castle, next right. From Connemara (west): In Cong, turn left at stone cross, pass Ashford Castle, next right at the end of the high wall
