  • Lovely quiet campsite in an area of forest, very near good hiking spots and driving distance from the town of Clonmel (accessible via Old Bridge if you’ve got a camper over 2 tonnes). Has showers, microwave, eating area, WiFi and a hang out spot with a fire where you can enjoy a drink or bring some food up to. Friendly staff and friendly campers. Also very dog friendly, with a resident puppy on site. September 2025

  • A very out of the way campsite. Grassy pitches. Ideal location for walking the Glenpatrick Loop, stunning scenery.
The toilet/shower facilities are quite basic but clean & adequate. Dog friendly. The proprietor was very helpful. Beware parking under the trees, the midges were biting the morning we left. No shops do bring everything you need. June 2026

  • While the facility is older, it maintains a clean environment and provides essential amenities like real toilet paper and a complimentary shower. Lorna, our host, was fantastic and shared valuable tips and tricks to enhance our stay. The location offers numerous spots nestled within the forest, all situated atop a hill, which adds a lovely touch to the experience. It seems that this place deserves a higher rating than it currently receives. The communal area is inviting, with a large fireplace set up for cooler evenings, and they thoughtfully provide wine and sparkling water for guests. Overall, this venue has great potential and could benefit from more recognition July 2025
