About Boortree Touring

Boortree Touring is a family-run touring park in Rossnowlagh, County Donegal, exclusively for motorhomes, campervans and touring caravans. Situated along the spectacular Wild Atlantic Way, our purpose-built park has welcomed touring visitors since 2014 and is proudly Fáilte Ireland approved. Just a short walk from the beautiful Rossnowlagh Beach, one of Donegal?s best-known Blue Flag beaches, Boortree Touring offers the perfect base for exploring Ireland?s stunning northwest coast or simply enjoying a relaxing seaside break. Our touring pitches and modern facilities provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Please note that we cater exclusively for motorhomes, campervans and touring caravans and do not accommodate tents.
Within walking distance you?ll find local pubs and restaurants, while a shop and traditional tea rooms are just 4.5 km away. Whether you?re staying overnight or planning a longer holiday, you?ll have everything you need close at hand. Boortree Touring is ideally located for discovering the attractions of County Donegal, as well as neighbouring Sligo, Leitrim and Fermanagh. It?s the perfect touring base for scenic drives, coastal adventures and exploring the Wild Atlantic Way.
Rossnowlagh is renowned for its outdoor activities, including surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf and fishing.   • Boortree is a fabulous spot right in the heart of Rossnowlagh. A quiet and well maintained caravan park, we spent a bank holiday weekend with 25+ degree temperature – not often seen in Donegal. Spacious pitches. clean and tidy bathrooms. Thanks for a lovely stay. August 2025 – Family

 

  • The Boortree is our closest caravan site and we always make a trip every year. The site is in a brilliant location as you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. It is kept very tidy and recycling bins are used. The showers and toilets are kept immaculate by the staff and they are very helpful if you need any help or any questions. August 2025 – Couple

 

  • This is an amazing little campsite right on the beautiful Rossknowlagh beach. The staff do a brilliant job keeping the place clean. Very child friendly and safe. Will be back again soon. July 2025

Leave the N17 at Ballyshannon or Ballintra and take the R231 towards Rossnowlagh for Wild Atlantic Way North & follow signs to campsite.
