• Beautiful clean site
  Stayed here with our two dogs from 21st may to 28th over the bank Holiday on a hard standing pitch with electric, water and drainage at a cost of 38 euro a night. This does not include a shower which is 2 euros a token which can be bought separately at reception, I would think that at 38 euro (roughly 33 pounds) a night a shower should be included. The facilities are clean but dated . The site is very family orientated and has a play park,football pitch and tennis courts and the reception area has a small basic shop. We had amazing weather and Portsalon beach ( Ballymastocker beach which is stunning ) is only about 300 yards down the lane from the campsite where you can walk to Portsalon village along the beach 3km. There are no shopping facilities in Portsalon so if you are motorhoming make sure you bring enough groceries for your length of stay. There is a pub at Portsalon harbour if you want a drink which is dog friendly but the Golf Club is not dog friendly. From 1st June until 1st September dogs are only allowed on the beach at certain times so we will not be back until September because of this which is a shame because the only mess we saw left on the beach was caused by people ie buckets, bbq’s, food packaging, flip-flops and a pair of crocs!!! • Outstanding
  Brilliant campsite. Outstanding location, pleasant 10 min walk to Ballystocker Bay, which is a superb beach. The amenities on site are top notch and it is very family friendly. The campervan pitch we were on had EHU, fresh water & a grey water drain. We will definitely go back. We?ve done the whole wild Atlantic way previously and this was one of the best campsites we?ve been in. August 2025
• Wonderful views and beaches wee gem
  Stayed here for the first time for 2 nights. We were on site 10 with fantastic views over the hills and sea. The site was clean and tidy. We availed of the shower facilities (tip purchase your tokens at reception). There were tennis courts, football pitches etc so plenty for all age groups. The beaches were unbelievable. Staff were extremely helpful. All in all great break and we will definitely be back. Thank you. July 2025 – Couple
