About River Valley Caravan Park

River Valley Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park in the Garden of Ireland.

It is located in a lovely valley surrounded by nature. The park is within easy access of two ferry ports?Dublin (1 hour) and Rosslare (90 minutes).

The site has excellent pitches with electricity, (along with water and waste disposal services in the secret Garden only). There are modern shower blocks, campers kitchen, laundry room and outdoor areas. 6-amp electricity (family camping). 10-amp electricity (adult camping). There is a strict noise curfew of 11pm in the family camping section (and 10pm in younger family section).

There are many on-site accommodation options available; including mobile homes, treehouses, Micro/Maxi lodges, Kukoo Hut, Paddock Lodges and the Glampotels.

FREE on-site activities: Two playgrounds (one with splash-pad, sand pit), Free Wi-Fi (at reception), Paddling Stream, On-Site 3km Walking Trail.

ADDITIONAL on-site activities: Archery, Family Bingo, Movies, Kids Clubs, Crazy Golf, Tennis, Indoor Football, Badminton, Basketball, Remote-Controlled Cars/Boats, Pedal Go-Karts, Safari Jeeps, Downhill Tubing, Crazi Bugz and Padel Courts.

Food Options on-site: Ice-cream Parlor, Take away and Pub/ Restaurant (Mickey Finns).

We are located next to the Wicklow Mountains and Avondale Forest, which offers different walking trails. There are local attractions including Glendalough, Avoca, Brittas Bay, Clara Lara Funpark, Wicklow Gap,

  • We stayed at River Valley Holiday Park over the June bank holiday and had a fantastic experience camping in a tent. The park is very well maintained and offers a great range of activities, especially for families with children.
    The kids absolutely loved it ? there was always something for them to do, from outdoor play areas to organised activities that kept them entertained throughout the day. The atmosphere was friendly and lively, particularly over the bank holiday weekend, which added to the fun.
    The facilities were clean and well looked after, and the park felt safe and welcoming for families. Overall, River Valley Holiday Park is a brilliant choice for a family getaway, especially if you?re camping. We would definitely return. June 2026 – Family
  • The Paddock’s Lodges in River Valley Holiday Park are outstanding in their accomadation. Beautiful, spacious, everything you need to make your stay a brilliant one. There are so many different activities for adults and children on site and plenty of destinations within a one hours drive.

  • That a fabulous place! This place is really class. Arguably the best family campsite in Ireland. Everything is so well run & staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. Special mention to David. From Dublin: Follow N11/ Wexford south until you reach Junction 18, from here follow signs for Redcross. Park is in the Village of Redcross past Mickey Finns pub on the left. From Rosslare: Follow N 11 North by passing Arklow. Take Junction 19 sign posted Brittas Bay. At roundabout take 1st left for Redcross. When you reach a T junction turn left. Park is on the left past Mickey Finns Pub in the village.
