Family run caravan and camping park, Tipperary

Ballinacourty House is a superb, uinque family run park.  We pride ourselves on hygiene, cleanliness and well maintained grounds.  The Park boasts safe and relaxing environs perfect for a short break or holiday.  We are situated in the magnificent Glen of Aherlow and are just a 2 1/2 hours dirve from Dublin and Rosslare.  Lifts to and from the train and bus station in Tipperary Town can be arranged on site or by email.

On site in the grounds of our high walled Victorial Kitchen garden we have an animal farm and our new Frisbee Golf course.  Our quaint 18th Century courtyard is over looked by our restaurant, B&B and self catering.  The courtyard is the perfect place to relax, read the paper, a book or plan the next day's trip.  You can order fresh bread for the morning from our shop which also stocks basic provisions including camping gaz.

Free of charge are hot water/showers full use of the camper's kitchen, cooker fridge, kettle, etc. tennis, table tennis, pool table and table football.

Things to see and do

Locally, the village of Lisvernane is a 10 minute walk from the gate.  Local walking maps, ranging from a lazy evening stroll or a hike up the Galtee Mountains are available in reception and from the local Tourist Office.  For more info about the Glen of Aherlow, festivals & events visit the link on our web site.

Nearby activities include horse riding, fishing, Ballyhoura Mountain biking, golf, swimming, bicycle hire, cinema, theatre and more.

Available free are routes for suggested day trips and ideas for entertaining the kids.
